Frequently Asked Questions

Is the choice of materials limited to certain colours and brands?

No, we have access to all suppliers of quality materials throughout New Zealand.

Where do you ship?

We are New Zealand based and ship both domestically and internationally.

We pack all your products securely in a crate and have the choice of two excellent transport companies which ship all over New Zealand. We also have the ability to pack containers and ship full commercial loads of product around the world.

How long will I have to wait for my product to be processed?

IntaWood work to a strict 10 day turnaround of your order. If for any reason there is a delay, for example there is a wait for the board to be pressed and processed, you will be notified by one of our team.

Is your flatpack easy to assemble?

Yes, it is very user friendly. Each component of your product is labelled with a description of the part, along with the overall unit that the part belongs to.
